DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017

DDA will launch 20 thousand housing schemes every year, one lakh flats to be built in 5 years. To accelerate the Prime Minister’s housing scheme in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will prepare nearly one lakh flats in the next five years. It will start from next year. DDA launches housing scheme of twenty thousand flats every year. DDA Deputy Chairman Uday Pratap Singh gave this information.

According to the officials, DDA is an important agency in providing housing facilities in Delhi. DDA has so far launched 45 residential plans. The Friday plan for 12000 flats is 46th. 4.25 lakh flats have been set up through this. At the same time, there are about 1100 DDA societies. Uday Pratap Singh said that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, DDA would launch a housing scheme of twenty thousand flats every year. This process will continue till 2022. This will make about one lakh flats in five years. He told that all the flats in the upcoming schemes will be new. More emphasis will be on providing housing to low and middle class income people.

GST and Rare will benefit for common people

Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu told that the real estate sector is going to make big profit with two laws. There is a real estate law out of this. While the second is GST law which will be applicable from Friday midnight. Buyers will gets the direct benefit from these both laws. Builder cannot able to break the terms of providing house under this RERA law (Real Estate Regulatory Act). It has to be given a house in the right time. At the same time, the price of the house will come down due to implementation of GST.

Venkaiah Naidu said that the five-year lock-in period has been withdrawn in the DDA’s new housing scheme. On the other hand, all the flats are free hold. This will allow you to reschedule the flat allotments. He expressed the hope that more and more people would come forward to participate in the DDA’s housing scheme from both the provisions.
