) Short note on Applicant Nature of business or activity, self-drawn attested financial statement. In case, of self-employed put forward business license.
) The accepted plan of Construction.
) Confirming cost of construction certificate by Engineers and Architects. Also, the improvement cost, repair cost, and Extension cost.
) Assessment certificate from the official Valuer.
) An affidavit from the recipient that either he or she or any of the family unit members do not possess a pucca house.
) If an applicant is made any advance payment to builder, seller, receipt of payment is a must.
) The contract for construction with Developer/ Builder.
) NOC (No Objection Certificate) as of Housing society or Skilled Authority.
) Peoples eligible for this scheme need to put forward the letter of the allocation of property.
) Affidavit-cum-Undertaking toward the outcome that the structure is in an approved region, a structure is strictly as per approved map/construction bye-laws, credit is being rewarded for acquiring design/domicile/flat for housing rationale only.
